"Kimberly Kinzer has been an absolute pleasure to work with because her ESCI coaching approach has shifted my perspective of leadership. Her ability to thoughtfully listen and create space for reflection and processing has elevated my leadership, not merely through acquiring key skills, but as the result of deeply developing self-awareness about my state of being and the impact of that on others. Because of her questioning and guidance, I leave each coaching session with a renewed sense of confidence to lean into my strengths to tackle any complex dilemma I may encounter."
